We are the sole owners of the information we collect. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, phone or other direct contact from you. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We do not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, i.e., gift card sales or merchandise orders.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, events or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Birrieria don Rafa collects information that you voluntarily provide to us or through third-party web servers or service providers that we utilize. These include:

We use this information for the specific purpose for which it was provided, such as making a reservation, purchasing a gift card or other merchandise, or booking or attending an event. Visit Information: Including without limitation products purchased, restaurants you have visited or booked reservations at, details about events you have planned or executed at our restaurants or any other information relating to your purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies as it relates to our restaurants, products and services.

Interactions:  Including without limitation your event inquiries, marketing, sales or advertising proposals, feedback and reviews of our restaurants, products and services, or questions and information you provide to our team.

Payment Data: Including without limitation your credit card information, billing address or any financial information you provide in connection to your purchase of our products or services, such as events.

Cookies: To enhance your experience on our websites, we use “cookies” or similar technologies. We may use cookies to personalize your experience, recognize you when you return and enable you to use our third-party applications on our website. Cookies recognize your web browser, but information collected from cookies is not personally identifiable. Video Surveillance:  As a security measure and to ensure the safety of our properties, we use video surveillance technology at our restaurants. This collection is subject to applicable privacy laws and may be shared only in limited circumstances.

Our site is not designed for, nor is it directed to, children. We do not offer any services via this site to children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly request or collect information about children under the age of 13. California Privacy Rights

While California law applies only to California residents, we believe everyone should have the same privacy rights regardless of where you live. So our privacy tools are available to all of our users.

“Shine the Light”

Separate and apart from the CCPA, California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
